De modo geral, estima-se que 10 plantas\/m2 a 20 plantas\/\u00a0m2 \u00e9 um bom n\u00famero para gram\u00edneas tropicais.<\/p>\n<p>Generalizando, plantas de sementes pequenas como o\u00a0tanz\u00e2nia n\u00e3o devem ser plantadas em profundidade, recomendando-\u00a0se plantio superficial, de at\u00e9 3 cm, com compacta\u00e7\u00e3o. O contato\u00a0solo\/semente \u00e9 muito importante para assegurar boa germina\u00e7\u00e3o e\u00a0sobreviv\u00eancia das pl\u00e2ntulas. Plantas de sementes maiores (marandu,\u00a0piat\u00e3) sobrevivem bem a um plantio mais profundo, de at\u00e9\u00a05 cm, e respondem \u00e0 compacta\u00e7\u00e3o ap\u00f3s o plantio.\u00a0Nota: o importante \u00e9 conhecer o valor cultural da semente utilizada e buscar as recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es\u00a0com um zootecnista, para ajustar a densidade e profundidade de plantio.\u00a0Na Tabela 1, tem-se a recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o de semeadura e profundidade\u00a0de plantio para algumas forrageiras.<\/p>\n<p>Tabela 1.
