Font

Times New Roman 12, single space. (Title Font 14).

Language

Portuguese, English, or Spanish. Page format: A4 (21 x 29,7cm), portrait, 2,5 cm upper/lower/left/right margin. We will only consider .doc or .docx files.

Title

It must be written in capital letters, Times New Roman 14, bold and centered. It must be succinct and objective and have no more than 15 words. Leave only one blank line for each of the abstract items.

Authors

Author’s full name must be right below the title, only the first letter of the name and surname in capital letter. Font: Times New Roman 12, bold, justified, and chronologically numbered (superscript) to indicate filiation.

Filiation

Author’s Institution and e-mail must be placed right the author’s name, in Times New Roman 12 and centered. When necessary, instead of repeating Institution’s name, use only its acronym.

Text

The Abstract text must have between 200 and 400 words, in only one justified single spaced paragraph. It must not have bibliographic citations, acronyms, abbreviations, images, graphics, or tables. It must be informative, succinct, and present a brief introduction, objective, methodology, relevant results (even if preliminary), and conclusion. Foreign words must be written in italic, not bold.

Keywords: nonono nono; nono nonono; nono nono; no nono nonono.

Keywords must immediately follow the abstract text (five, at most). They must be separated by semicolon, representative of the work, and rather distinct from the ones used in the title.

Partnership and/or Financial Support: Nonono; NZC; UFMM; Ubicepd.

Use only funding agencies and partner’s acronym, separated by semicolon.

Poster

 

Dimensions

0,90 m wide and 1,20 m tall, legible letters from a 2 m distance (suggestion: Arial 20 or higher).

Title

It must be exactly the same used in the Abstract, in capital letters. The full name of the authors must appear right below the title, in smaller letters. In author’s filiation specify: lab, department, institution, city, and state.

Presenter’s identification

The name of the person responsible for the poster must be identified by an asterisk and a picture at the top right corner.

Poster body

It must be self-explanatory, minimum text possible and maximum illustrations (images, diagrams, tables). We suggest to place Conclusions in form of items. It is not mandatory to insert Abstract or References. The poster must show at the bottom the trademarks of execution and/or fomentation institutions (financial support).

Poster presentation

All abstracts approved by the scientific committee will be presented as posters. The posters must be fixed by the person responsible for it at a local previously determined, at least a half hour before the event begins, and they must be collected by the end of the last day of the event. We suggest the author responsible for the poster to be available during coffee breaks to answer questions concerning his/her work.
